Come to an Intro Class, which is a “taste” of what we cover in the series, just $18 (or $15 if you are a student, military, or over 55 – with valid ID).

For the full experience, sign up for one of our 5-week series for only $150 (just $140 for students, military, or over 55 – with valid ID). All classes are 1 1/2 hours.
